Game Summary

Shadows of Them is a first-person psychological horror game
where the player must navigate a series of challenges, guiding a mother through her grief after the loss of her family. The game takes place inside an underground train station where the character is stuck in a seemingly endless loop as she struggles to cope with her grief. By solving the challenges that are presented in this paranormal world, the player and the character can progress through to resolution and acceptance.

Contribution:
  • Responsible for narrative design, development of puzzle 3D assets and 2D art.
  • Managed voice actor direction.

Develop : Brighton 2022 Indie Showcase

 Shadows of Them was nominated as a finalist for the Develop Indie Showcase 2022, which allowed us to showcase the game over two days at the conference and recieve feedback from industry professionals.

The game recieved an honorable mention for People’s Choice Award.
